Noodles are another favourite snack that you can have throughout the day. Use Atta (whole wheat) noodles rather than maida (refined flour) ones. Add lots of green vegetables and carrot to your noodles. Putting tofu in your noodles adds the extra protein. Go easy on salt and fry your noodles in less oil.

Fruit chaats with spices add that extra zing to them. Fruit juice is everyone’s favourite, but you must not strain it to discard the fibre.
